Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Velodrom
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
